*"I Ordered PH400 , both my training partner and I have trained for a few years now and thought lets try something new. We only did one bottle each. We increased our eating (clean) and within a week we were already training twice a day 4 times a week after a month i had put on approx 5kg (1-1.5kg muscle) .
